.TRANSITING TRADITIONS
INDIA! a mystery, an enigma…… a land uncommonly gifted with culture… diverse
cultures…….. colourful and full of life. A land where culture and tradition thrives amongst the lives of people and not behind glass walls of the museums.
Indian Dance is at the very heart of what is predominantly called Indian Culture. There is
dancing for every occasion of life, be it birth or death. Dancing is a way of life, a celebration of the body, mind and spirit. It is a philosophy, a path to attain the seen and unseen the tangible and the untangible

Transiting Traditions is about these ever lively and pertinent traditions which are being tried to
revived and transited to Portugal, with as much pristine purity as possible.

On the occasion of the world dance day- Transiting Traditions is one such attempt by us.
